Through a coordinated approach, we are using the Power of Cultural Exchange and Culinary Art to drive the message of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in our communities creating new innovative ways to break the shackle of hate and racial discrimination.

Community Engagement

Lack of or limited intercultural understanding, communication and discussion between communities increase fear and racism. With our Cultural Exchange & Culinary Art program, we bring people from different cultures together to facilitate learning, deepen understanding and find commonalities.

Awareness and Education

Canadians need to know enough about systemic racism, discrimination, their historical and ongoing impacts. Lack of, or limited intercultural understanding, communication and discussion between communities increases fear and racism. Where people are hesitant to speak about other cultures contributes to the lack of intercultural understanding. That is why there is need for awareness and training in many different contexts between communities and cultures themselves; other organizations and the private sector.

Truth and Reconciliation

Recognize the truth about racism and its generational impact within our communities; and creating a platform for Reconciliation and Empowerment. We identify Strength in Diversity and work together to create a new atmosphere for humanity to thrive in Diversity.
